In handling this situation, the medical team at the forefront need supporting equipment to protect their safety. Unfortunately, a large number of health care in remote villages such as Indragiri Hilir, Riau are still very limited in the provision of facilities and equipment needed in the examination and treatment services related to the corona virus. Medical personnel do not have sufficient personal protective equipment such as hazmat clothing, masks and gloves as well as tools for rapid tests. In addition, many health care are not ready with the isolation rooms and equipment needed to treat patients who are monitored and who are positively infected with covid-19.
